Giuseppe Cicatelli is Founder and Principal, responsible for capital allocation, strategic direction, investment structuring, and governance oversight.
Giuseppe brings over two decades of experience, beginning in investment banking at Citigroup and Goldman Sachs in London, followed by building and stewarding operating businesses across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
His approach emphasizes long-duration ownership, structural downside protection, and selectivity over scale.
